In November of 2020 our community came together to create the following Mission, Vision & Diversity statements and establish our top values - both for the International Association of Online Business Managers (IAOBM) and for our Certified OBMs.

The IAOBM is the leading global network dedicated to the ongoing growth, advancement, innovation and success of the OBM profession.

The Association’s Mission is threefold:
- To promote excellence in professional and ethical standards for Certified OBMs.
- To provide up-to-date education, resources and a collaborative community for the benefit of our Certified OBM members.
- To operate as a network and source of education for 6 and 7-figure business owners who want to hire a Certified OBM.
