AI tools are used as support tools only and do not replace human decision-making.

No Reliance on AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or limitations.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Any reliance on AI-generated outputs is at your own discretion and risk.

Use of IAOBM Content and Materials

All IAOBM materials, including training content, templates, frameworks, prompts, and resources, are protected intellectual property.

Use of these materials is strictly limited to the permissions granted within our terms and certification agreements.

Restrictions on AI Use

You must not use our content or materials in connection with artificial intelligence tools in any way that is not expressly permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Prohibited actions:

• Uploading IAOBM training materials into AI tools

• Inputting templates, frameworks, or prompts into AI systems

• Using IAOBM content to train or improve AI models

• Reproducing IAOBM materials using AI-generated outputs

• Creating derivative works based on IAOBM materials using AI

• Sharing or distributing AI-generated outputs that replicate our materials

These restrictions apply whether use is for personal, commercial, or internal purposes.

Member Responsibilities

If you are a member or student, you agree to:

• Use IAOBM materials only as permitted

• Protect the confidentiality of all training content

• Avoid any use of AI that compromises our intellectual property

• Comply fully with this policy and all related terms

Any breach may result in suspension or termination of access.

Certified OBM Standards for AI Use

As a Certified Online Business Manager, you are expected to use AI responsibly within your client work.

This includes:

• Maintaining client confidentiality at all times

• Avoiding input of sensitive or proprietary client data into AI tools without proper safeguards

• Applying human judgement and oversight to all AI-assisted work

• Acting in line with professional and ethical standards

Certification may be revoked where standards are not upheld.

Third-Party AI Tools

We are not responsible for the operation, security, or data handling practices of third-party AI tools.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any AI tools you use.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor use of our platforms and materials

• Investigate suspected breaches

• Suspend or terminate access

• Revoke certification where applicable

We may take legal action where necessary to protect our intellectual property.
