If for any reason you are not satisfied with any digital training or other online item, return it for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping) within 15 days of the purchase date.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any live training, coaching or consulting service, we will provide either an exchange or full refund of the purchase price within 24 hours of the first live call or session.
