As an OBM I work with people who love their business and are really good at what they do. These are business owners who are established in their business but have become bogged down with the running of it which is hampering their growth. They need help managing the day-to-day details of running an online business. I love using my expertise to help manage the work and the team to get stuff done in order to support the growth of the businesses I work with. My clients and I have a great rapport and enjoy long term working relationships. One of my favorite things to do is address hiring needs and interview applicants for client teams. I seem to have a knack for finding a good fit and training/supporting new hires to be valuable team members.
As a professional in the online service industry for over 10 years, I’m committed to continual development and training. I love strategizing, planning and overseeing a project from start to finish and organizing all the moving pieces.
