I specialize in Program and Membership Management, helping coaches, consultants, and course creators deliver a low-stress, high-end membership experience to their clients. I create and manage the systems for onboarding and offboarding, payments and collections, asset production (workbooks/worksheets, e-books, planners, etc.) and customer experience.
I'm an Air Force veteran with 20 years of experience overseeing IT Help Desk and Customer Service operations, as well as managing Information Security, Records Management, and Organizational Wellness programs for some of the Air Force's largest organizations. My professional background includes working in government, tech, finance, and academia as faculty for cyber/information security and project management programs.
In my previous consulting business, I partnered with government agencies and large corporations to develop cyber security learning resources and training to help small business owners safeguard their businesses and customer data.
I'm also Head of Operations at a social startup that runs a large professional network membership.
I hold a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University, as well as a M.S. in Cybersecurity Policy and an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus. I'm also a HubSpot Service Provider certified in Client Management and the Inbound marketing methodology.
