Expert Overview

I've been working as an OBM since 2020 (certified in 2021). Before I became an OBM I worked in a number of fields including biochemical research, government policy and workforce planning, social media management and ski resort sales.

Throughout my career I’ve learned the importance of creating effective systems and processes in order to produce reliable and consistent results, every time. My focus is helping small business owners regain their freedom and scale their businesses - I love helping clients discovery the magic of systems and workflows.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring BC's coastal mountains! In winter I love to snowboard and snowshoe, while in summer I enjoy hiking and paddling on the lake.
