I am happy to help you with the following:

- An ops review where we review your business to identify bottlenecks. We do this by doing a comprehensive review and based on the information given I make recommendations how to solve the bottlenecks. If you need assistance with implementation, I can help you with that as well.
- Hiring, onboarding and managing the right people in the right place on your team.
- Setting up and managing the (online) launch of your service or product, from A to Z. I do this using a launch plan and detailed planning with the tasks to be performed (by your team).
- Create a yearly plan and based on that a 90-day plan to determine which projects need to be focused on per quarter to reach the set (yearly) goals. This helps to keep you focused and on track.

I started as an entrepreneur in 2018 after 20 years of working as an executive secretary at a number of corporates. I started my own business as an Online Personal Assistant and have continued to develop as an online business manager at various clients in recent years. To stand even more firmly in my shoes and be a well-qualified OBM, I took the training.

Who do you deal with when you engage with me? My name is Carina (1978) and I live in the Netherlands. I am married to Ruben and together we are parents of daughter Anique and son Melle. We also have a lovely dog and a cat! In my free time I like to be outside (together with our dog) and I do crossfit a few times a week. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and I also volunteer on the board at my children's soccer club. I enjoy drinking cappuccinos and love sweets such as cake and chocolate (but unfortunately not too much).
