		<description>Yes, I totally agree with you that the TI program improved my swimming technique a lot.  It reduces my stroke count as well as effortless swimming.  However, I do heard some comments about its effectiveness on competitive swimming.  

Do you ever see any sprint swimmers using this skills? I watched the Popov video in Barcelona and there were still splashes and he was still swimming flat, not that mentioned in the book.
Any thoughts?

I think TI is ideal for distance swimmer becuz TI is mainly for saving energy and being fishlike.  It has nothing to deal with speed, only efficiency is the main concern.  

I tried using the TI technique in swimming.  Maybe I am still a novice in TI swimming, there are many people swim faster than I do when I was using the TI technique.  Do u have the same experience?</description>
