My big issue is I want to put up a status that people would receive once a day...important especially for my JV partners and my VIP clients...but not 20 times a day.  

Because then I get the complaints about &quot;over and over&quot; but at the same time I would like to let people know, so if I don&#039;t respond in 5 seconds, they have an idea of when I will.  Also if it&#039;s an actual emergency I can notify them who to call / write to so I am not chained to the computer during &quot;standard business hours&quot; as much.

So...this rocks - thanks!
