		<description>Thanks, Tina. I had been accepting almost everyone, but I am developing some guidelines as to who I accept because I am getting so many invitations to events I&#039;m not interested in that it&#039;s hard to find the important emails.

I don&#039;t want to just stop the notices, because then I would miss things from the people I want to know about.

It&#039;s tricky, but we&#039;re not friends with the world in real life.

I&#039;m happy to know that I&#039;m not alone in this.
