		<description>I love that - creating an environment that allows our team to grow and expand - and apart from having them stay with us longer, it allows them to be creative - which is to my advantage.  I may get to discover all kinds of things they are great at that I wouldn&#039;t have otherwise known.

It&#039;s really about being a leader too - what you shared about working with Andrea - she allowed you to grow and expand beyond working with her.  Takes a leader to do that!

I look forward to the next video - it just happens to apply to me too!</description>

		<description>Great tip Tina. You know I&#039;m 100% on board with this and getting people to stay with you is first dependent on hiring the RIGHT person and second creating a culture that people WANT to stay in.

Interestingly, I have a on &amp; off again client who struggles with keeping good people. This client really doesn&#039;t get that how she delegates burns out her team.
