I may get to discover all kinds of things they are great at that I wouldn't have otherwise known. It's really about being a leader too - what you shared about working with Andrea - she allowed you to grow and expand beyond working with her. Takes a leader to do that! I look forward to the next video - it just happens to apply to me too! You know I'm 100% on board with this and getting people to stay with you is first dependent on hiring the RIGHT person and second creating a culture that people WANT to stay in. Interestingly, I have a on & off again client who struggles with keeping good people. This client really doesn't get that how she delegates burns out her team. Great series, thanks! Great tip Tina.
